Acceptance

These terms govern use of the STRΛTYX platform operated by Stratyx LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By accessing the platform or receiving its notifications you agree to these terms.

Authorized use

Access is granted to named users authorized by Stratyx LLC or its clients. Credentials may not be shared. The platform and its data may be used only for legitimate security operations purposes, and all activity is logged.

Text message (SMS) alert program

• Program description: Stratyx LLC sends operational alerts by text message to authorized staff and designated client escalation contacts — for example, notification that an officer has not clocked in for a scheduled shift.
• Consent: A number is enrolled only after the contact provides it and consents to receive these alerts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency: Varies with operational activity.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Stratyx LLC does not charge for these messages.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving alerts. You will receive one confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP or email admin@gsic.global.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Availability and liability

The platform is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Stratyx LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform unavailability or from a delayed or undelivered notification, except where prohibited by law or otherwise agreed in a written services contract.
